I hope you will help support ONE ART’s continued commitment to the poetry community.

ONE ART is an independent, reader-supported poetry journal.

ONE ART does not receive any organizational, local, state, or federal funding.

All of ONE ART’s support comes from donations by generous individuals like you.

ONE ART’s 2026 Fall Fundraiser will run from 9/8 to 9/30.

Our goal: $5,000.

I will provide updates about the fundraiser’s progress.

Updates:

Day 1 – We reached 23% of the overall goal!!

Week 1 – We received an additional 5% of our goal. At the end of Week 1, we reached 28% of our overall goal.

Week 2 – We received 11.5% of our overall goal bringing the total to 39.5% of the goal.

Week 3 – We received 2.3% of the overall goal bringing the total to 42% of the goal.

Updates:
Yesterday (9/27), I shared an update in my personal newsletter, Stay Curious, that we had reached 42% of our overall goal. (Last week we only received 2.3% of the goal over the course of the entire week.)
 
I revealed my hope that, all in all, we’d reach 70% of the goal.
 
Yesterday, generous donors gave enough to account for an additional 4.2% of the goal in a single day!
 
So, presently, we’ve reached 51.8% of the goal.
 

Final 3 Days– The last couple days have been BIG!! 

We received 14.4% of our goal in just two days (!!) partly thank to one especially generous donor. 

We’ve now reached 66.2% of the overall goal. 

As a reminder, I revealed I’d be thrilled if we made it to 70% and we’ve just about made it! 

It all comes down to this final day!!

Last Day – We received 6.7% of our goal! This means we reached 72.3% of our overall goal!! 

We did it! We made it to 70%! I’m delighted!!

Spring Fundraiser: Results, Thanks, Next Steps

First, so much gratitude to everyone who donated to support ONE ART during the Spring 2026 fundraiser!!

We reached 2/3 of our primary goal and 58% of our overall goal. And that’s great!

Sadly, we did not reach the higher tier goal ($4,000) designed to provide funds that would allow for print publication of IN A NUTSHELL: An Anthology of Micropoems. That being said, I’m leaving the door open to possibilities for publishing a print version.

Previously, I was planning on seasonal fundraisers with a goal of raising $3,000 each quarter. Moving forward, I think the strategy will be biannual fundraisers in Spring and Fall; plus, as previously mentioned, targeted fundraisers for specific projects.

In future, ONE ART will likely have targeted fundraisers that are exclusively for something like a print anthology.

Thank you again to all who have donated— either during or outside the fundraising windows— I am immensely grateful for your support!

I’m always seeking ways to grow ONE ART and enhance our community. Please feel free to share suggestions for future ONE ART endeavors.

~ ONE ART’s Winter Fundraiser ~

This is ONE ART’s 2nd Fundraiser. During our 1st Fundraiser, we were very close to receiving enough donations to reach our goal of $3,000.

We received donations from about 50 individuals, overall. Many were extra generous and gave significant donations. A little back-of-napkin math reminds that we would reach $3,000 in donations if 300 individuals donated $10.

I remain committed to keeping submissions to ONE ART free and ONE ART’s website ad-free. I’m committed to continuing the monthly ONE ART Reading Series and regularly hosting low-cost workshops. I aim to continue to find new opportunities to better serve the literary community.

ONE ART does not have any organizational, state, or federal grant funding.

All of ONE ART’s support comes from donations by generous individuals like you.

Please consider a donation to help support my ability to focus my efforts on ONE ART’s daily operations and contributions to the poetry community.
